If you need more than one standard, we build a single integrated management system so you are not running three sets of paperwork.
Accreditations and supplier approvals
We also take you through CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, Achilles, Builders Profile, NSI Silver and NSI Gold, the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme and CQC registration, with the same 100% pass rate.
Employee screening to BS 7858
Need to outsource vetting? We screen candidates to BS 7858:2019 for a flat £70 per candidate through our screening team.

Paperless management systems

2. Build. We write the policies, procedures and records you need, in your language and around your existing processes.
3. Implement. We train your team, help you generate the evidence and run your internal audit and management review.
4. Audit support. We prepare you for the external audit, attend if you want us to and close out any findings.

Can you handle more than one ISO standard at the same time?
Yes. Most clients who need two or more standards, for example ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, get a single integrated management system. One set of documents, one internal audit programme and one management review covering everything.
How does pricing work?
Fixed fee, agreed up front, based on your size, sites and the standards you need. No day rates or hourly billing. Our fees are at least 50% lower than typical UK consultancies. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.

What evidence will the auditor want to see?
Documented policies and procedures for the standard, plus records that prove the system is actually being used: internal audit results, management review minutes, objectives and performance data, training records, risk assessments and how you dealt with any problems. We build all of this with you and check it is in place before the audit.
Do we need a paperless system?
No, it is optional. If you want one, our sister company CAW Digital builds bespoke paperless management systems for a one off fee with no ongoing subscription.
Do you provide certification or consultancy?
Consultancy. Certification is issued by an independent certification body after a successful audit. We build your system, get you ready and support you through the audit. We are associate consultants of Alcumus ISOQAR and work with all UKAS accredited certification bodies.
